XDG_CONFIG_HOMEandXDG_DATA_HOMEto the example hardened image docs, otherwise Caddy will fail to use the nonexistent /home directory instead of/data/caddyand/config/caddy.Also removes an unnecessary
--chown=nonroot:nonroot.
