PHP's bug reporting page has a bug that is not allowing me to report a bug!

Description

Sorry but this is the only other place I can see to report this bug, since the appropriate place is returning 500 internal server error

The error occurs when I feel the form and click to submit it.

But bugs.php.net is no longer the place to report bugs - only to view existing, old bugs.

• For regular PHP bugs, report them here like you just did.
• For security issues, report them through the Security tab.
• For documentation bugs, first check the English version of the page. If it is wrong then you can report the problem in the php/doc-en repo. If the English page is right and the translation is wrong then it could just be out of date...

Now it worked, I removed the <?php from the comment and I removed the 🙏 emoji and it passed
