Run ext/fileinfo/generate_patch.sh to update PHP's patch against file-5.46. In 399cb4c the PHP copy of libmagic was updated but the patch re-roll was overlooked.

Thanks @orlitzky! IMO it might be worth stripping the timestamp from the patch file. But that should be done in a separate PR. |
