Downloaded PHP php-8.4.11-Win32-vs17-x64 and got error

Most likely, the Apache build ships an incompatible nghttp2.dll. You can try to put the nghttp2.dll from the PHP download into the Apache bin folder. Restart your server, and see if that works.

Anyhow, this ticket doesn't belong here, but since the download form suggest to file a ticket here, not quite sure what to do.
