I retargeted the PR, to 7.x I will enable auto merge, so when the pipelines passes we can merge this to the new main line. |

I had to raise the minimum PHP version to 8.2 because the latest versions of
phpspec/prophecyrequire 8.2https://github.com/phpspec/prophecy/releases/tag/v1.26.0
