Add Unit Tests

PHP Unit Tests should be added. The only things to test really are the event listener's functions. See the Board Rules and Board Announcement extensions as a reference for testing event listener functions.

I think all we really need is one functional test to make sure that the code is output to the browser as expected.

I have event code tests written already. But won't be able to publish for at least another week.

A functional test for the ACP could also be good, testing that our field appears where it should. The functional test could then enter UA-00000-00 into the field, and make sure it submits/validates, then test that it is output correctly to the browser as expected. So all functionality can be tested in 1 functional test I think.
