Explain why step 2 (end-user docs) is one line vs step 3's per-language loop content/<lang>/chapters/*.xml is committed/tracked, already up to date after a git pull; site/content/<lang>/development/ is entirely gitignored and only exists once devdocs-build actually runs. Make step 7 (commit and PR) concrete instead of pointing at examples Give the real branch-naming convention, PR title/body shape, and a worked command sequence, derived from this project's actual merged PRs (phpbbdocs-languages #8/#9/#10), instead of telling the reader to reverse-engineer it from past PRs themselves.
