Describe the bug

An invalid authentication method shows dashboard, instead of the login page, as it does in 6.0.0-dev.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit config.ini.php $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'test';
2. Go login page
3. See error

Expected behavior

The login page should be displayed, like it does in 6.0.0-dev.
