Support for redis 6.2.0 functions

Expected behaviour

A lot of new functions are introduced in Redis 6.2.0 (for example https://redis.io/commands/zrandmember)

Actual behaviour

Not implemented yet

I'm seeing this behaviour on

• OS: Ubuntu 18.04
• Redis: version 6.2.x
• PHP: 7.4.0
• phpredis: 5.3.0

I've checked

• There is no similar issue from other users
• Issue isn't fixed in develop branch
