`Type::*array` methods loose generic types

Bug report

In phpstan/phpstan-src#5696 and phpstan/phpstan-src#5694 we fixed type-functions which lost template types

do we have a similar bug in one of the other Type::*array methods - e.g. Type::shiftArray etc. ?
if so, come up with tests and fixes
