Describe the bug
Updated to 7.0.3 - in admin, clicking 'log viewer' results in app.css failed to load. Shared hosting (vmsHost) on cPanel. Original install was done using Option #1, /public is under the phpvms folder and not in public_html .
Contents of /public/vendor/log-viewer folder are correct.
Document root is set to /public in cPanel subdomain definitions

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Update site to 7.0.3
- Run /update and clear caches
- In admin panel, click 'log viewer' in menu
- Note error message in pop-up instead of log viewer opening
Expected behavior
Log Viewer should open when clicked on.

Updated from 7.0.43-dev (12/2/24) and on another domain on same host from on 7.0.2
Same issue on both domains when updating to 7.0.3
