Bug: Match dropdown theme for items.

Match dropdown theme for items.

I am using the AMBER theme.
When I open a dropdown, the background of the items is blue instead of some some variant of the amber theme colors, here is a screenshot:

There is no way that I know of to customize the native select dropdown from CSS.
