Check for Linux .so library name and path.

Test enviroment:
PicoScope 3418E
Docker container with Ubuntu
with WSL2
running the example of using the LED channel identification

Hi again @JamesPicoTech
I just wanted to ask if this repo is ready for using the PicoScope 3418E in linux (docker ubuntu).
I'm having issues with the simple examples of run_block_capture call, where I get this:
PicoScope SDK Error: Pico Not Responding: The PicoScope is not responding to commands from the PC.

If this is still in development I'll have to switch to the picosdk-python-wrappers

(I wanted to send you this question, and I had no better way than to comment here)
