- Added pop from channel_db when channel off (disabled)
- Moved main sections from set_channel to set_channel_on/off
- Added pop from channel_db when channel disabled - Moved main sections from set_channel to set_channel_on/off
- Removed from ps6000a_psospa as it's not shared. - Added to ps6000a.py
These functions are for background tasks when setting a channel on or off.
