Kindly describe the bug and include as much detail as possible on what you were doing so we can reproduce the bug.

If I start Pieces Desktop, it tells me it's out of date.

When I click on "check for Desktop App updates" the loader loads to about 40% on the icon and then restarts the app and I get the exact same message.
So it seems your updater is stuck in a loop.

Maybe you can also change your bot to link to related tickets that are already closed or at least have a reply? This way an automated reply isn't very helpful.
