Removed runtime dependency 'ripgrep'. Now, midnight only needs 'at' at
runtime. The functionality provided by 'ripgrep' was replicated over in
the quirks crate (via the Greppable and Ignorable traits, respectively).
The README was updated to reflect the change about 'ripgrep' no longer
being needed, and also added some more info on the .draftboxes file.
