In this MR I rewrote camera bubble to tailwindcss. The new implementation looks simpler than it was before
Also I removed MUI from the project. Because of this I had to delete
recording_start_countdownfrom the project, but it wasn't used anyway. The new implementation should be done in this issue #221Also I removed
react-draggablefrom the project because it doesn't support the new React 19 (more info #216)
