docs: update auto embedding example with multiple providers#181

- Updated `.env.example` to include new embedding providers without requiring API keys. - Refactored `main.py` to support various embedding providers including `tidbcloud_free`, `openai`, `jina_ai`, `cohere`, `huggingface`, `nvidia_nim`, and `gemini`. - Modified README.md to reflect the new default embedding provider and removed the requirement for a Jina AI API key. - Updated `reqs.txt` to use the latest version of `pytidb`.
