sqlreplay: support writing traffic files to S3

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #729

Problem Summary:
Support writing traffic files to S3 so no need to copy files manually.

What is changed and how it works:

• Import tidb/br/pkg/storage to support external storage
• Update dependency to resolve package conflicts
• Replace *os.File with ExternalFileWriter or ExternalFileReader
• Write both meta and traffic files to ExternalStorage.
