Show which settings differ before applying them to all environments

Settings > General warns that settings differ on another environment and offers “Apply to all”, but doesn’t show which settings differ or their values.

Please let us review each differing setting and its value on each environment, and make clear which environment’s values will be copied before applying. At the moment, I can’t tell what the action will overwrite from this screen.
