[Feature]: Read-only .ipynb notebook preview

I use T3 Code to work remotely on my Mac mini, and I’d like to inspect Jupyter notebooks and their saved outputs without leaving T3 Code.

Would a small notebook preview fit the project’s direction? An initial version could display Markdown cells, code cells, and saved text/image outputs. Editing, cell-level diffs, and execution could remain separate future proposals.

I’m new to contributing and would appreciate guidance on whether this scope would be welcome before starting implementation.
