This overlaps with #15187, a Version Control panel for acting on working trees, branches and remotes. Your graph is an overview of the whole project and mine is about acting on each item. I think they complement each other well. |

In my current workflow, I often lose track of a project as work spreads across branches, snoozed threads, and unclosed worktrees. Eventually it becomes hard to tell what’s active, what’s finished, and what still needs attention.
To help with this, I built a project overview that combines a Git branch graph with associated threads and the potential worktree. It makes unfinished conversations visible alongside the code they relate to, so I can understand the state of a project in one place.
It has already helped me clean up several projects and regain a sense of direction (especially after last-minute sprints before a token reset)
This could also go a bit in the direction of #7162 by serving as a (more integrated) Git Kraken replacement.
The implementation is currently around 2,000 lines, so I wanted to discuss the idea before opening a PR. Would this be useful to others and fit T3 Code’s direction? If so, I’d appreciate guidance on a manageable scope for an initial PR.
