Filed by GPT 6.1 on behalf of @screen-gd, based on their report and supplied screen recording.
Problem
CodeRabbit's Autofix and Autopilot controls appear inside PR comments in T3 Code's pull request panel, but clicking them does not start the corresponding CodeRabbit action. Users have to leave T3 Code and open GitHub to trigger it.
The recording specifically shows the checkbox labeled "Autopilot - Keep fixing CodeRabbit findings and required CI, and resolving merge conflicts" in the CodeRabbit walkthrough comment. Clicking it does not activate Autopilot.
Proposed behavior
Allow users to trigger CodeRabbit Autofix and enable or disable Autopilot from the PR panel, with the same scope and meaning as the corresponding GitHub controls.
Autofix is a one-time action; Autopilot is ongoing automation. They should remain distinct, and clicking either should invoke CodeRabbit rather than silently start a T3 agent run.

Support the CodeRabbit controls in GitHub PR comments, including permission-aware feedback and host-state refresh. Generic interactive task lists for every provider are not required for this request.
