Make answered questions readable in the transcript

When an agent asks several questions at once (Claude's AskUserQuestion), the answered row in the transcript joins every question and every answer onto one line with ·. It's cut off at normal widths (What's your favorite color? · Which editor… Blue · Vim/Neovim · S…). Expanding it repeats the same text as small grey lines with the answers just indented, so it's hard to see what was answered.

Proposal (web + mobile, display only, no contract or server changes):

• Multi-question rows read "Answered N questions". Single-question rows keep today's "question + answer" preview.
• Expanded, the answers sit in one card with a section per question: the question in muted text, the answer below it after a ↳ reply arrow in foreground text.

A branch implementing this is ready. Is this direction OK for a PR? For comparison, #17227 takes a different approach to the same row: it turns answers into user-message bubbles and moves them out of the work fold.
