Many of us use third-party code-review tools like CodeRabbit, Greptile, and such. Since these can automatically trigger on new PRs and then take up to several minutes to run, it'd be awesome if T3 Code could monitor these PRs and notify us either when comments are left on the PRs, or when the review processes complete.
(I hate the GitHub email notifications.)
