Problem
I often write a prompt I don't want to send yet. Usually that's because I'm close to my usage limit and want to save it for when I have some left, or because it's a bigger idea I'll get to someday. The draft is the right place for it, since its model, branch and worktree are kept.
But every draft sits fully expanded at the top of the sidebar, above Pinned, and the block has no header. That made sense for #5777: it's for drafts I left a minute ago to check another thread. It doesn't fit drafts I've saved on purpose for days or weeks. Once I have a handful, they push Pinned and Active down, and I can't collapse them the way I can collapse Working, Snoozed and Settled.
There are really two kinds of draft:
Proposal
Add a collapsible group for saved drafts. The name could be "Saved for later", "Backlog" or "Ideas"; I'm open on naming.
A smaller first step would be to make the existing draft block collapsible, with a "Drafts (n)" header that's expanded by default. That alone helps, but it treats every draft the same, so you'd still collapse away the draft you were in the middle of.
