[Feature]: Mobile setting to turn off the "Settled thread / Undo" notice

Request: add a setting in the mobile app to turn off the "Settled thread / Undo" notice.

Why: Gal settles a lot of threads from the phone, and since the latest mobile release every settle shows a large banner at the top of the thread list for 5 seconds ("Settled thread" with an Undo button). With frequent settling the banner is almost always on screen, covers the top of the list, and gets in the way. Gal finds it disruptive and would rather settle without it.

Current behavior (apps/mobile): showThreadUndoNotice in apps/mobile/src/features/home/thread-undo-notice.ts runs on every settle, snooze, and unpin, and nothing gates it, so there is no way to opt out.

Suggested options (any one would help):

• A toggle in Settings, for example "Show undo notice after settle/snooze", on by default.
• Or a smaller, less intrusive variant (a compact pill near the bottom) with a shorter timeout.

Undo stays useful for people who want it, so an opt-out (default unchanged) seems like the smallest change.
