[Feature]: Option to drag to reorder providers in model picker

Problem or use case

Currently in the model picker all the provider items order is fixed.

Proposed solution

I want to be able to drag and reorder providers in the model picker.

Why this matters

This helps users to put their top use providers at the top and makes it easier to access them.

Smallest useful scope

In the model picker, when I put my cursor on a provider, I should be able to hold and reorder them.
