[Feature]: Allow browser/terminal tabs to be pinned across chats

Problem or use case

I find myself often working on the same work-tree across multiple chats and i have to re-open my browser on all of them, sometimes i do have to open terminal to but i can always use my OS terminal. I can't say the same for browser because of point & click support.

Proposed solution

Allowing users to pin / globalize browser tab would solve this.

Why this matters

A shared browser state would not only be more performant on resource-limited laptops but also just save the UX hassle of reopening a browser window in each thread.

N/A - the feature is pretty narow to begin with.
