[Feature]: visual interface for subagents

I'd really like to be able to see my agent while they are running, right now we only know that they started it if the model told us (unless I didn't see how to toggle this view 😅), we cannot know/see the transcript, state (running, failed?), or progress as we do in Claude Code desktop app or in the claude code cli by example.
Would be really awesome to add this !

Proposed solution

Add a UI similar as what claude code does, square grid/single subagent progress in a card in the right panel maybe? or something more concice as we have in claude code just a line we can interact with to open the agent chat

i dont have a screen of them running sadly, but pretty sure you know how to reproduce in claude code (just run a fleets of subagent, workflow, or whatever goes in this backgrounds task very useful right panel tab)

Why this matters

Everyone that use subagent want this, it's hard to see the progress without asking the ai itself and spending token, you cannot see if they failed either unless the model see it and tell you.

I recently started using t3code, I might have missed a button showing this, but I really don't think so, sorry if it is I'm still finding new features often lol

Smallest useful scope

Just have a very simple list of the agent running maybe with the time elapsed?

Yes, I love this idea and request. This would be extremely useful. I have been wishing that this existed and keep trying to click on it and hope it's there. I was just about to leave a comment about the same idea. I'm glad I found that someone else has also had this thought. Please build this.

Consolidating this into #6689. The Agents panel now shows status, but opening an individual subagent's work and conversation is still tracked there.
