[Feature] Backport conversation from upstream providers

The only thing stopping me from migrating from provider CLIs to T3 Code is the lack of the --continue and --resume functionality. Can we perhaps add the ability to auto sync conversations (like the codex desktop app) between CLIs and frontend? I would sometimes like to start an conversation over cli and continue over T3, esp considering tailscale routing.
