Question about changing models

I'm wondering if I have something misconfigured or if this is the intended behavior. Once I start a thread with one provider (like Anthropic, for instance), I cannot switch to another. This is particularly unhelpful when you run out of tokens in one account. You have to start a new thread, and aside from the context, the sidebar adds unnecessary noise.

I believe the thing here is Theo and ot this project use direct integrations or cli calls on Codex, Claude etc which is why it does not void TOS, so therefor we get restricted, I think a feature to compact, and parse this into the new model of choice is a good solution however, time will tell. I might try do a PR on this myself as it does affect me regularly and I was used to it working in other harnesses.
