Ability to Seamlessly Move Threads From One Account to Another with Same/Different AI Provider

When using multiple Claude Code accounts for example, if usage runs out, you're normally left waiting for it to reset before you can continue the thread. T3 Code does not let you select another account (even with same provider) and continue the chat. If there are technical reasons why that's not possible, then I get it.

In leu of that it would be nice if there was a mechanism/button that started a new thread but gave the AI context so it was essentially continuing the prior thread that hit the usage limit. Something like "You are continuing an existing thread - here is the conversation [link to T3 data file that contains the thread conversation].

This would be a MAJOR and exclusive feature for T3 code that would allow users to accomplish to feats:

1. Continue using a thread using another account when the current account hits usage limit.
2. Allow seamless workflow between different providers. Eg. Plan with Claude Code, hit button to continue thread in new conversation and implement plan with ChatGPT.
