Problem or use case
As a Chinese-speaking user, I find it difficult to use the application because all the UI text is in English. There is a large Chinese-speaking developer community that would benefit greatly from having a localized interface. Currently, the lack of Chinese language support makes it hard for non-English speakers to fully understand and use the tool, which limits the project's reach and adoption in the Chinese open-source community.

Proposed solution
- Integrate an i18n framework (e.g., next-intl, i18next, or similar) if not already in place.
- Extract all hardcoded UI strings into translation files.
- Add a Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) locale file with translated strings.
- Allow users to switch languages in the settings or auto-detect browser locale.
I am willing to contribute the Chinese translation and submit a PR if the maintainers are open to this.

Smallest useful scope
A first pass only needs to add a Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) locale file for the core UI strings (navigation, buttons, common labels). Full page content and documentation translation can come later as a follow-up.
