Steps to reproduce
- Make window as small as possible.
- Maximize window (snapping)
- Resize sidebar to be as big as can be
- Restore the window down from maximum (unsnap).
- Witness as u cant see any top bar items OR resize the side bar :(
Expected behavior
Allows me to shrink it the legal size at least. (not automatic, just allow the user to 'fix it' given the ux language established of dragging the thing normally).
Actual behavior
Sidebar cannot be resized at all, remains fixed as the underlying conditional logic is refusing the resize request due to a bug. (the bug)
