[Bug]: Plan Markdown Preview got reverted to code

Steps to reproduce

I was using claude opus 4.7 for plan mode, The visualization is working great. When i click implement button, it change to raw markdown code.

Expected behavior

it should stay as markdown preview

Actual behavior

it changed to raw markdown code when i clicked implement
