[Bug]: The mouse does not return to normal after dragging the panel split

Steps to reproduce

Not every time it can be reproduced, but dragging the split sometimes does not restore the mouse cursor or stop dragging after I release my left click;

Expected behavior

Should drag normally

Actual behavior

Dragging is abnormal sometime. Some random clicks resolves it
