thread/start failed: Invalid request

Every time I send a prompt, I get an 'invalid request' error no matter what I type. Anyone else running into this?

Same here, t3-code installed by homebrew, so is codex-cli

Not sure if related, but opening dev tools on start, in console I get

Reinstalled t3 from releases tab directly - same issue in GUI

Fixed. I first removed the old installation brew uninstall codex. Then reinstalled Codex with brew install --cask Codex.

Then it worked.
