BUG: Missing edited files in the turns panel

Hello there! It's so cooool, I love it! It has good niceties that i'm enjoying so far :)

The agent edited several (9) files but there are only 5 shown in the turns sidebar. It only shows the changes made on 5 files instead of 9. The other 4 missing files are nothing exotic, very much standard `.tsx` files within the repository.
