[BUG] error message 'Codex CLI (codex) is not installed or not executable' when project folder no longer exists or has been moved

When you move or delete an existing projects folder the chat gives this error when sending messages 'Codex CLI (codex) is not installed or not executable'.
either the message needs to be changed or the chat being locked.

Steps to reproduce:
Create new Project in a new directory.
Start a chat in it.
Close t3Code and delete the new directory.
Open t3Code again and send a message in the chat.
