[Docs] V1 broken CI Overview page in the documentation

Why is this needed:
CI Overview is misplaced in the V1 docs, but it be under /.git instead the current directory.

This was discussed in the meeting. We do not want it on the website, this file is best off in the .github folder. Thoughts?

Yeah .github folder would be the best place for this doc
