Adds a lightweight AI usage guideline section to
CONTRIBUTING.mdfocused on contributor responsibility, clear communication, and respecting maintainer time.Why we need it:
As AI tools become more common in open source workflows, having simple and practical guidelines can help contributors understand expectations around reviewing, testing, and communicating their changes.
