Code-only release (reuses data bundle v5.22.6). Adds stem-cell marker panels (stem-cell-marker-panels.csv + stem_cell_panels accessors) — an orthogonal cell-state stemness layer (PLURIPOTENT + tissue-specific NEURAL_STEM/HEMATOPOIETIC_STEM/NEURAL_CREST/MESENCHYMAL_EMT), scored on top of the lineage gate. Closes #355. PR #356.
