CTA cohort-plot command UX: per-run timestamped output dir (run_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS) so runs don't mix; --out-dir redirects only plots (caches + summary tables stay in the stable base, no recompute); --run-name / --no-timestamp; tqdm progress per category. Plot-script only; DATA_VERSION unchanged. See #363.
