Someone is legit copying your code and using it for their moral gain

I know the person who created this, he's on Discord and he's been known to take chatGPT, a jailbroken copy, and copy everybody else's work. He's taken Tosh, he's taken Piskel and he took the entire Turbowarp suite before he got caught. He still has 2 elements of the Turbowarp suite which violate their license, idk if your license covers this but you may wanna check. He wants to use this for financial gain as well.

He is also a minor, if that conflicts with suing abilities.
