Regular github relases?

Would it be possible to do regular github releases? This would help to create recipes for packages managers, e.g. conan.

Hey @maximiliank. Regular releases would be great if we had more maintainers. Right now the three that we have, that includes me, have to split their time with other responsibilities. Having said that, each time we merge a PR, the unstable PPA containing the binaries is automatically updated.
