Error in interpretation of non-ASCII characters in filenames

Hi,

The hexedit fails to show filenames with non-ASCII characters. This issue was treated and fixed in Debian bug #500422 [1].

Basically, after load the file called '00 - 回家.m4a', it is shown as '00 - å~[~^家.m4a' in hexedit bar.

The attached patch will fix this issue and must be used with libncursesw5.
