Renames the Set class to Setlist throughout to avoid collision with Ruby's stdlib Set class. Updates the CLI command from `set` to `setlist`, storage folder from `.sets` to `.setlists`, and all associated methods, tests, and RBS signatures.
Applies all content changes from the Set→Setlist rename: class names, method names, instance variables, CLI strings, error messages, and RBS signatures.
