Add an optional per-device `mp3_bitrate` key to wavesync.yml (one of 96, 128, 160, 192, 256, 320 kbps; defaults to 192) that controls the bitrate used when encoding to MP3. Source MP3 files are copied without re-encoding when the target device supports MP3, avoiding generation loss. The conversion progress UI reflects the configured per-device bitrate.
