Navigation Scrolls to the Top on Selection

Describe the bug
The navigation bar scrolls to the top when selecting any item. This distracts from using the documentation and makes it difficult to find items close to the current selection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ‘docs.px.dev’
2. Click on PXL
3. Scroll down to Execution Time Functions
4. Select any item in the drop down. The page scrolls up on every selection

Expected behavior

The view should stay at the same location in the nav bar when clicking on a documentation item.
